Status identification The manufacturer shall identify the product status with respect to monitoring and measurement requirements. The identification of Central Drugs Standard Control Organization, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India. product status shall be maintained throughout production, storage, implant, usage and installation of the product to ensure that only product that has passed the required inspections and tests (or released under an authorized concession) is despatched, used or installed. 7.5.4 Customer property: The manufacturer shall exercise care with customer property while it is under the manufacturer's control or being used by the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall identify, verify, protect and safeguard customer property provided for use or incorporation into the product. If any customer property is lost, damaged or otherwise found to be unsuitable for use, this shall be reported to the customer and records maintained. Note: Customer property can include intellectual property or confidential health information.
