Digitalisation of form The Forms prescribed under these rules may be suitably modified for conversion into digital forms by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization and such modification shall not require any amendment in these rules. Overriding effect The provisions of these rules shall have effect, notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945.
