(4) While passing orders under sub-rule (3), the Central Licensing Authority may suspend or cancel the registration wholly or partly in respect of medical device and its variant for testing for such period as may be specified in the order. (5) An applicant, who is aggrieved by an order of suspension or cancellation of registration under sub-rule (3), may file an appeal within thirty days from the date of receipt of such order before the Central Government, which may, after such enquiry and after giving an opportunity of being heard, dispose of the appeal within a period of sixty days.
